RETURN POLICY

Fab Fab Fab Web Order Return Policy:
Due to our limited and ever-changing inventory, if you need a different size, we recommend purchasing the correct size online (if available) and sending the incorrect size back for a full refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. We do not technically offer exchanges since we cannot guarantee the availability of sizes by the time the incorrect size is returned. If your preferred size is unavailable, we will issue online store credit for a future purchase.
- If you do not like the item(s) once received, online store credit will be provided.
- All return items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
- Item(s) must be returned with the original receipt, tags attached, and in unaltered, unworn, and undamaged condition. We inspect each item before shipping. Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration—including makeup stains, deodorant, smoke, or perfume smells—will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
- When opening your package, we recommend avoiding sharp utensils or scissors to prevent damage to the item(s) inside.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
- All formal gowns are Final Sale.
- All sales on intimates, gift cards, belts, accessories, and purses/clutches are Final.
- Any merchandise returned outside the 14-day online return policy is considered Final.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
If you believe you have received defective merchandise or an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item.
SHIPPING:
- You are responsible for return shipping. You may choose any shipping carrier you wish. Ensure the merchandise meets the return criteria before shipping it back to us.
- We are not responsible for lost items, so we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping your shipping receipts for records.
